Refund Policy
Donations
All donations made to Hope in Her Hands Foundation, Inc. are final and non-refundable. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be returned or reversed.
Programs, Workshops & Retreats
Payments made for workshops, retreats, or experiences are refundable up to 90 days before the scheduled start date, minus any transaction or administrative fees.
Cancellations made within 90 days of the event are non-refundable, but participants may transfer their registration to another person or apply the balance toward a future program if space allows.
Tours & Partnership Experiences
Bookings made through our partners (such as Guatemala Underground Tours) are subject to their individual refund policies. We recommend reviewing those terms at the time of booking.
Merchandise
For physical items purchased through our shop, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
